Join us at Kla Ha Ya Days and showcase your products or services. We offer vendor opportunities at the Street Fair in the Heart of Snohomish, providing you with a chance to connect with a large audience and boost your business.
Become a Vendor at the Street Fair
We are thrilled to share some exciting news about this year’s event.
In partnership with Kla Ha Ya Days, the Snohomish Farmers Market will be transforming the traditional “Street Fair” into a curated Makers Market. This change comes in response to feedback from the community, which strongly favored a return to the roots of the event, celebrating local artisans, makers, and creators. We believe this shift will not only elevate the experience but will also better reflect the values and history of Kla Ha Ya Days.
As part of this transformation, commercial & direct sales vendors will no longer be included in the main market participation. However, we do have a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available. These sponsorships include a booth space and are priced at $750. There are only a few sponsorships currently available, so if you are interested in supporting the event in this way, please reach out directly to Bill Webster at Bill@klahayadays.com.

The Kid’s fair is Friday only from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Vendors can start setting up their booths two hours before the event starts. Spaces will be assigned and communicated before the event.

The vendor fee varies depending on the booth size and location. Please refer to the vendor application form for the fee structure.
To apply as a vendor, please fill out the online application form on our website. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get back to you with further instructions.
Yes, you can share a booth with another vendor. However, both vendors must submit separate applications and indicate their preference to share a booth.
